Robit is looking for a

Customer Service Team member

to join our team in Chesterfield

  • Job role consists of:
    • Dealing with email enquiries from internal & external UK & Overseas customers, quoting prices and delivery times.
    • Entering offers & orders on our computer system, NetSuite
    • Liaising with production in order to keep customers updated.
    • Arranging and coordinating UK & International shipments by sea freight, airfreight, Courier and Trailer, as well as 3rd party freight providers and carriers.
    • Produce commercial invoices and other documents required, ie EUR1, ATR, C of Os.
    • Knowledge of Letter of Credit and Imports would be beneficial
    • General office duties

    Requirements for the role:

    • Hard working, quick learning individual whom possesses excellent communication and customer service skills and knowledge of Microsoft office, Word & Excel

    The job is a maternity leave substitute for one year. Work hours will be 35 hours a week (5 days a week – Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). At Robit, you will have plenty of opportunities to grow and work in a multicultural environment together with our global Robit team.
