Evaluation of Independence

Robit Plc’s Board of Directors has carried out an independence assessment of the Board members in relation to the company in accordance with recommendation 10 of the Corporate Governance Code.

All Board Members Mikko Kuitunen, Kai Telanne and Eeva-Liisa Virkkunen are independent of the company and its significant shareholders, except for Harri Sjöholm and Helena Kauppinen, who are independent of the company, but dependent on a significant shareholder. Harri Sjöholm is the Chair of the Board and the major shareholder in Five Alliance Oy, which holds 27,06 percent of Robit Plc’s shares (31 december 2025). Helena Kauppinen is the CEO, Member of the Board and shareholder of Five Alliance Oy.
