CEO and Management Team
The company’s CEO is in charge of the Group’s business operations and corporate governance in line with the law, Robit Corporation’s Articles of Association as well as instructions and regulations issued by the Board. Detailed terms of employment of the CEO are specified in a separate contract, which has been approved by the Board. Mikko Kuusilehto has acted as the company’s CEO as of 6 August 2025. The CEO is assisted by the Management Team.
The Management Team handles the main issues that concern managing the company, such as issues related to strategy, budget, interim reports and acquisitions, and prepares investments for approval by the Board of Directors. The Management Team meets, as a rule, once a month and at other times, when necessary.

Mikko Kuusilehto has acted as the Group CEO of Robit since 6 August 2025. Earlier in his career, he worked in Kuusakoski Oy, where he served as CEO since 2018 and as COO in 2016–2017. He has more than 10 years of leadership experience both in Finland and internationally. His previous roles include Vice President of Peikko Group Oy, as well as CEO of Peikko Group’s subsidiaries in Finland and Slovakia from 2008 to 2016.

Kimmo Kuusela has acted as the VP Sales & Marketing since 17 August 2026. Before his current position, Kuusela worked for Glaston Oyj Abp as an Executive Vice President, Sales & Service EMEA & APAC in Singapore. He has around ten years of international management experience in sales and business development.

KEY POSITIONS
Jorge Leal has worked for Robit as a VP Top Hammer since 1 January 2021. During his 11-year career at Robit, Leal has worked in several managerial positions in sales. In addition, in 2015–2018 Leal acted as a General Manager of Robit SAC, subsidiary of Robit in Peru, being responsible for establishing and leading the subsidiary. Leal has a comprehensive know-how in business development and Top Hammer product line.

Pia Mutanen has worked for Robit as a Group HR Director since 1 January 2025. Before her current position, Mutanen worked for Fastems Oy Ab as a Vice President People & Culture. She has previously served among others as a Development Manager at Tampere Hall and as an HR Manager at Sandiv Mining & Construction Oy.

Ari Suokas has worked for Robit as a Group CFO since 14 April 2025. Before his current position, Suokas worked for Bronto Skylift Oy Ab, where he served as a CFO and a member of the management team. Suokas has previously worked also among others as a CFO at Elematic Oyj from 2023 to 2024 and held multiple senior financial management positions at UPM Oyj from 2015 to 2023. He has also worked as a financial consultant at Deloitte Oy and PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy.
