ROBIT PLC FINANCIAL STATEMENTS 1 JANUARY – 31 DECEMBER 2022: NET SALES AND EBITDA TO A NEW RECORD

Robit’s net sales growth and profitability continued to develop positively in 2022. The company reached records in both net sales and EBITDA.

Robit’s net sales for January – December 2022 totaled EUR 112.0 million (100.8). Thus, net sales in 2022 grew by 11.1 percent. Simultaneously, EBITDA developed positively totaling EUR 8.9 million (7.6). Orders received totaled EUR 105.2 million.

In the last quarter of the year 2022, net sales remained at the level of the corresponding period and totaled EUR 26.2 million (26.3). EBITDA for the quarter was EUR 0.4 million (1.7). Profitability was encumbered by the costs incurred from ramping down the Russian company, the currency exchange losses and the increased operating costs.

“We set improving profitability, profitable growth and strengthening cash flow as our key goals for 2022. We succeeded in all three areas. We achieved growth in most markets. Growth was strongest in the Americas area. Growth also took place in the Asia, EMEA and East areas. During the year, growth continued strongly in the Top Hammer business unit, and we completed the 2021–2022 investment program to increase the Top Hammer capacity. We progressed in achieving our sustainability goals and we succeeded in, among other things, reducing the CO2 emission intensity 26 percent compared to the previous year”, states Arto Halonen, Group CEO.

Robit estimates that net sales and comparable EBITDA profitability in euros in 2023 remains unchanged or increases slightly compared to 2022 assuming that there are no significant changes in the exchange rates from the level at the end of 2022.

ROBIT OYJ TILINPÄÄTÖS 1.1.–31.12.2022: LIIKEVAIHTO JA KÄYTTÖKATE UUTEEN ENNÄTYKSEEN

Robitin liikevaihdon kasvu ja kannattavuus jatkoivat positiivista kehitystään vuonna 2022. Yhtiö saavutti ennätykset sekä liikevaihdossa että EBITDA:ssa.

Yhtiön vuoden 2022 liikevaihto kasvoi 112,0 miljoonaan euroon (100,8) eli kasvua oli vuositasolla 11,1 prosenttia. Myös EBITDA kehittyi positiivisesti ollen 8,9 miljoonaa euroa (7,6). Robitin tilauskertymä oli 105,2 miljoonaa euroa.

Vuoden 2022 viimeisellä vuosineljänneksellä liikevaihto oli vertailukauden tasolla, jolloin liikevaihto oli 26,2 miljoonaa euroa (26,3). EBITDA oli 0,4 miljoonaa euroa (1,7). Kannattavuutta rasittivat Venäjän yhtiön alasajosta aiheutuneet kulut, valuuttakurssitappiot sekä nousseet toimintakustannukset.

”Määritimme tärkeimmiksi tavoitteiksi vuodelle 2022 kannattavuuden parantamisen, kannattavan kasvun ja kassavirran vahvistamisen. Onnistuimme kaikilla kolmella osa-alueella. Kasvoimme useimmilla markkina-alueilla. Kasvu oli vahvinta Americas-alueella. Kasvua oli myös Asia-, EMEA- ja East-alueella. Vuoden aikana kasvu jatkui vahvana Top Hammer -liiketoimintayksikössä ja saimme valmiiksi vuosien 2021–2022 investointiohjelman Top Hammer -kapasiteetin kasvattamiseksi. Edistyimme vastuullisuustavoitteiden saavuttamisessa ja onnistuimme muun muassa laskemaan CO2-päästöintensiteettiä 26 prosenttia edelliseen vuoteen verrattuna”, toteaa toimitusjohtaja, Arto Halonen.

Robit arvioi vuoden 2023 liikevaihdon ja euromääräisen vertailukelpoisen EBITDA-kannattavuuden pysyvän ennallaan tai kasvavan hieman vuoteen 2022 verrattuna olettaen, ettei valuuttakursseissa tapahdu merkittäviä muutoksia vuoden 2022 lopun tasosta.

ROBIT MUKANA SAUDI-ARABIAN NEOM-HANKKEESSA

Yksi maailman suurimmista rakennushankkeista on käynnistynyt Saudi-Arabiassa lähellä Punaisenmeren pohjoispäätä. Sinne rakentuva Neom on futuristinen kaupunki, jonka pinta-ala on 26 500 neliökilometriä.

Osana Neom-hanketta valmistuu The Line, joka on 170 kilometriä pitkä rakennus. The Line -kaupungin sisäisessä liikenteessä on suunniteltu käytettävän suurnopeusjunia. Rautatielinjoja varten on louhittava noin 28 kilometriä tunnelia. Kesällä 2022 tunnelihankkeen peränporausta koskevan tarjouskilpailun voitti Jinyang R&S, joka on Korean suurimpia tunnelijumbojen vuokraajia.

Tunnelijumbo-porakaluston toimittajaksi valittiin Robit. Robitilla ei ole pitkäaikaista toimitussopimusta, mutta projekti on merkittävä mahdollisuus.

 ”Olemme saaneet jo ensimmäisiä tilauksia, joiden kokoluokka ei ole vielä laskutuksellisesti merkittävä. Robit on kuitenkin hyvissä asemissa jatkamaan tiivistä yhteistyötä asiakkaan kanssa”, kertoo toimitusjohtaja Arto Halonen.

Robit on solminut mainitun korealaisen Jinyang-yhtiön kanssa jakelijasopimuksen jo vuonna 2017. Porakalustoa on toimitettu yhteistyössä siitä asti lukuisille työmaille Koreassa.

ROBIT INVOLVED IN SAUDI ARABIA’S NEOM PROJECT

One of the world’s largest construction projects has started in Saudi Arabia near the northern end of the Red Sea. Neom is a futuristic city with an area of ​​26,500 square kilometers.

The Line, a 170 kilometer long building, is part of the Neom project. It will use high-speed trains for transport within the city. The rail system will require the excavation of some 28 kilometres of tunnels. In the summer of 2022, the bidding for jumbo drilling in the tunnel project was won by Jinyang R&S, one of the largest jumbo drill rental companies in Korea.

Rock tools for the tunnel jumbos will be supplied by Robit. Robit does not have a long-term supply contract, but the project is a significant opportunity.

 ”We have already received the first orders, size category is not yet significant in terms of invoicing. However Robit is in a good position to continue working closely with the customer,” says CEO Arto Halonen.

Robit has signed a distribution agreement with the mentioned Korean company Jinyang R&S already in 2017. Drilling equipment has been delivered to numerous construction sites in Korea since then.

ROBIT PLC: NET SALES AND PROFITABILITY CONTINUED TO IMPROVE IN THE THIRD QUARTER

Robit continued its good development in the third quarter of the year 2022.  

Robit’s net sales for the third quarter was EUR 28.4 million (26.4). There was an increase of 7.8 percent compared to the corresponding period. Orders received totalled EUR 27.7 million and grew by 8.1 percent from the corresponding period. Simultaneously, EBITDA profitability improved by 39.3 percent totalling EUR 3.5 million (2.5).

In January–September, the company’s net sales improved by 15.2 percent from the corresponding period and totalled EUR 85.8 million (74.5). This corresponds exactly Robit’s growth defined in its strategy. Orders received grew by 9.2 percent from the corresponding period. EBITDA profitability improved by 42.5 percent totalling EUR 8.5 million in January–September (5.9). The company’s improvement measures concerning profitability continued their systematic progress. By means of pricing measures the company managed to mitigate the increase in raw material costs and to kept fixed costs under control.

The Top Hammer was still giving the biggest growth and the business grew by 24.0 percent to EUR 50.1 million in January–September (40.4). Delivery capacity was on a good level enabling strong growth. Simultaneously, Down the Hole business grew by 4.6 percent totalling EUR 35.7 million (34.1). Growth was strong especially in North America.

Geographically, all market areas experienced growth in January–September. Growth was especially driven by the Americas market area, where net sales grew by 42.0 percent due to good demand level. The Asia and East market areas also grew strongly in January–September achieving growth of over 15 percent.

”In the third quarter, we were successful in achieving the company’s numerical priorities defined for 2022. Our profitability improved significantly, we continued the profitable growth and strengthened the company’s cash flow as well”, says Arto Halonen, Group CEO of Robit Plc.

Company’s guidance is unchanged: Robit estimates that the net sales in 2022 will increase and the comparable EBITDA profitability in euros will improve compared to 2021, assuming that there are no significant changes in exchange rates from the level at the end of 2021.

ROBIT OYJ: LIIKEVAIHTO JA KANNATTAVUUS PARANIVAT EDELLEEN VUODEN KOLMANNELLA NELJÄNNEKSELLÄ

Robit Oyj jatkoi hyvää kehitystä vuoden 2022 kolmannella vuosineljänneksellä.

Robitin liikevaihto oli vuoden kolmannella neljänneksellä 28,4 miljoonaa euroa (26,4). Kasvua vertailukauteen oli 7,8 prosenttia. Saadut tilaukset olivat 27,7 miljoonaa euroa ja kasvoivat 8,1 prosenttia vertailukauteen nähden. EBITDA-kannattavuus parani samanaikaisesti 39,3 prosenttia ollen 3,5 miljoonaa euroa (2,5).

Tammi-syyskuussa yhtiön liikevaihto kasvoi 15,2 prosenttia vertailukauteen nähden ja oli 85,8 miljoonaa euroa (74,5). Tämä vastaa Robitin strategiassa määritettyä kasvua. Saadut tilaukset kasvoivat 9,2 prosenttia vertailukauteen nähden. EBITDA-kannattavuus parani tammi-syyskuussa 42,5 prosenttia ollen 8,5 miljoonaa euroa (5,9). Yhtiön kannattavuuden parannustoimenpiteet jatkoivat systemaattista etenemistään. Hinnoittelutoimenpiteillä kompensoitiin raaka-ainekustannusten nousu ja kiinteät kustannukset pidettiin hallinnassa.

Merkittävin osuus kasvusta tuli edelleen Top Hammer -liiketoiminnasta, joka kasvoi tammi-syyskuussa 24,0 prosenttia liikevaihdon päätyessä 50,1 miljoonaan euroon (40,4). Toimituskyky oli hyvällä tasolla, mikä mahdollisti vahvan kasvun. Down the Hole -liiketoimintayksikön vastaava kasvu oli 4,6 prosenttia liikevaihdon päätyessä 35,7 miljoonaan euroon (34,1). Kasvu oli vahvaa erityisesti Pohjois-Amerikassa.

Maantieteellisesti kaikki markkina-alueet kasvoivat tammi-syyskuussa. Vahvinta kasvu oli Americas-alueella, jossa liikevaihto kasvoi 42,0 prosenttia markkinakysynnän pysyessä hyvänä. Myös Asia- ja East-alueet kasvoivat vahvasti saavuttaen yli 15 prosentin kasvun.

”Onnistuimme kaikkien vuodelle 2022 asetettujen numeeristen pääteemojen toteutuksessa vuoden kolmannella neljänneksellä. Kannattavuutemme parani selkeästi, jatkoimme kannattavaa kasvua ja paransimme yhtiön liiketoiminnan kassavirtaa”, sanoo Robit Oyj:n toimitusjohtaja Arto Halonen.

Yhtiön ohjeistus säilyy ennallaan: Robit arvioi vuoden 2022 liikevaihdon kasvavan ja euromääräisen vertailukelpoisen EBITDA-kannattavuuden paranevan vuoteen 2021 verrattuna olettaen, ettei valuuttakursseissa tapahdu merkittäviä muutoksia vuoden 2021 lopun tasosta.

ROBIT PLC: NET SALES TO A NEW RECORD, PROFITABILITY IMPROVED

In terms of profitability and growth, the second quarter of 2022 was strong. The company broke the EUR 30 million mark in net sales for the first time, when net sales reached EUR 31.0 million (25.1). The increase was 23.7 percent compared to the corresponding period in both the Top Hammer and Down the Hole business units. At the same time, EBITDA improved from the comparison period by 118.0 percent to EUR 4.1 million (1.9).

For the first half of the year Robit’s net sales increased by 19.2 percent compared to the corresponding period and totaled EUR 57.3 million (48.1). In constant currencies, the change was 15.5 percent. EBITDA improved clearly in January-June, being EUR 5.0 million (3.4). The improvement was EUR 1.6 million compared to the corresponding period.

In H1, all markets experienced growth. Growth was strongest in the Americas market area, where net sales grew by 60.3%. The Asia and East market areas also grew strongly in H1.

Considering all identified risk factors, Robit estimates the demand in the global mining and construction industry to remain at the current level. The company estimates that the net sales in 2022 will increase and the comparable EBITDA profitability in euros will improve compared to 2021, assuming that there are no significant changes in exchange rates from the level at the end of 2021.

ROBIT OYJ: LIIKEVAIHTO UUTEEN ENNÄTYKSEEN, KANNATTAVUUS PARANI

Kannattavuuden ja kasvun suhteen vuoden 2022 toinen vuosineljännes oli vahva. Yhtiö rikkoi ensimmäistä kertaa 30 miljoonan rajan liikevaihdossa sen ollessa 31,0 miljoonaa euroa (25,1). Kasvua vertailukauteen oli molemmissa sekä Top Hammer että Down the Hole liiketoimintayksiköissä 23,7 prosenttia. EBITDA parani vertailukaudesta samanaikaisesti 118,0 prosenttia ollen 4,1 miljoonaa euroa (1,9).

Tammi-kesäkuussa Robitin liikevaihto kasvoi 19,2 prosenttia vertailukauteen nähden ja oli 57,3 miljoonaa euroa (48,1). Vertailukelpoisin valuutoin muutos oli 15,5 prosenttia. EBITDA parani selvästi tammi-kesäkuussa ollen 5,0 miljoonaa euroa (3,4). Parannus oli 1,6 miljoonaa euroa vertailukauteen nähden.

Kaikki markkina-alueet kasvoivat ensimmäisellä vuosipuoliskolla. Vahvinta kasvu oli Americas-alueella, jonka liikevaihto kasvoi 60,3 prosenttia. Myös Asia- ja East-alueet kasvoivat vahvasti ensimmäisellä vuosipuoliskolla.

”Yhtiö on määrittänyt tärkeimmiksi tavoitteikseen vuodelle 2022 kannattavuuden parantamisen, kannattavan kasvun ja kassavirran vahvistamisen. Onnistuimme hyvin näiden tavoitteiden toteuttamisessa”, sanoo Robit Oyj:n toimitusjohtaja Arto Halonen.

Robit arvioi globaalin kaivos- ja rakennusteollisuuden kysynnän pysyvän loppuvuoden 2022 nykyisellä tasolla tunnistetut talouden riskitekijät huomioon ottaen. Yhtiö arvioi vuoden 2022 liikevaihdon kasvavan ja euromääräisen vertailukelpoisen EBITDA-kannattavuuden paranevan vuoteen 2021 verrattuna, olettaen, ettei valuuttakursseissa tapahdu merkittäviä muutoksia vuoden 2021 lopun tasosta.

ROBIT PLC’S FINANCING AGREEMENT EXTENDED

Robit Plc has agreed with its main financing bank to extend the financing agreement signed on June 8, 2021. According to the original agreement, the loan is a three-year rolling loan with a total loan period of five years. The loan is renewed annually for a new period of three years.

In accordance with the financing agreement, the loan repayments of EUR 1.5 million are due semi-annually and the next installment is June 30, 2022. The loan capital is currently EUR 25 million.

Robit Plc’s equity ratio on March 31, 2022 was 44.1%.

Robit Plc is satisfied with the trust of the main financing bank and the solution that has secured financing for the growth of the coming years as well.

ROBIT OYJ:N RAHOITUSSOPIMUSTA PIDENNETTY

Robit Oyj on sopinut päärahoittajapankkinsa kanssa jatkon 8.6.2021 allekirjoitetulle rahoitussopimukselle. Laina on alkuperäisen sopimuksen mukaisesti kolmen vuoden rullaava laina viiden vuoden kokonaislaina-ajalla. Laina uusitaan vuosittain uudeksi kolmen vuoden jaksoksi.

Rahoitussopimuksen mukaisesti lainan 1,5 miljoonan euron suuruiset lyhennykset erääntyvät puolivuosittain ja seuraava lyhennys on 30.6.2022. Lainapääoma on tällä hetkellä 25 miljoonaa euroa.

Robit Oyj:n omavaraisuusaste 31.3.2022 oli 44,1 %.

Robit Oyj on tyytyväinen päärahoittajapankin luottamukseen ja ratkaisuun, jolla rahoitus on varmistettu myös tulevien vuosien kasvulle.

ROBIT PLC’S NET SALES INCREASED BY 14 PER CENT – COST INFLATION WEAKENED PROFITABILITY

Robit’s growth continued in the first quarter. In January-March 2022, net sales increased by 14.2% and orders received by 21.0% compared to the first quarter in 2021.

– We reached the highest billing month in the company’s history in March. Growth continued to be strong, especially in the Top Hammer business and in the Americas market area, where systematic work on developing the distributor network and new mining customers brought growth. Growth was also good in Asia. The effects of the Ukrainian war on sales in the East area remained minor in the first quarter, says CEO Arto Halonen.

Robit’s EBITDA for the first quarter was EUR 0.9 million, compared to EUR 1.6 million in the first quarter of last year. Profitability was burdened by, among other things, cost inflation and high freight costs. Price increases were not yet able to compensate for the increased costs during the first quarter of the year. Majority of the effects of the increases will be transferred to second quarter.

The outbreak of the war in Ukraine and the subsequent rise in raw material and energy prices brought challenges to the operating environment. The company systematically reduced business risks related to Russia.

Demand in the mining segment remained good. The Top Hammer business grew by 32.3%. The Top Hammer business comprises consumables used in rock drilling and piping blades for tunnel support drilling. The net sales of the Down the Hole business decreased by 7.0%. Net sales of the Down the Hole business decreased in both the mining and construction segments. Orders received increased in both segments.

Robit estimates that net sales in 2022 will increase and comparable EBITDA profitability in euros will improve compared to 2021, assuming no significant changes in exchange rates from the level at the end of 2021.

ROBIT OYJ:N LIIKEVAIHTO KASVOI 14 PROSENTTIA – KUSTANNUSINFLAATIO HEIKENSI KANNATTAVUUTTA

Robitin kasvu jatkui vuoden ensimmäisellä vuosineljänneksellä. Liikevaihto kasvoi tammi-maaliskuussa 14,2 prosenttia vertailukauteen nähden ja saadut tilaukset 21,0 prosenttia.

– Saavutimme yhtiön historian korkeimman laskutuskuukauden maaliskuussa. Kasvu jatkui vahvana erityisesti yhtiön Top Hammer -liiketoiminnassa ja Americas-alueella, jossa systemaattinen työ jakelijaverkoston kehittämisessä sekä uudet kaivosasiakkuudet toivat kasvua. Myös Asia-alueella kasvu oli hyvällä tasolla. Ukrainan sodan vaikutukset East-alueen myyntiin olivat vuoden ensimmäisellä vuosineljänneksellä pienet, kertoo toimitusjohtaja Arto Halonen.

Robitin ensimmäisen vuosineljänneksen käyttökate eli EBITDA oli 0,9 miljoonaa euroa, kun se viime vuoden ensimmäisellä neljänneksellä oli 1,6 miljoonaa euroa. Kannattavuutta rasittivat muun muassa kustannusinflaatio sekä korkealla tasolla pysyneet rahtikustannukset. Hinnankorotukset eivät vielä ensimmäisellä vuosineljänneksellä kompensoineet kohonneita kustannuksia vaan valtaosa korotusten vaikutuksesta siirtyy toiselle vuosineljännekselle.

Ukrainan sodan puhkeaminen sekä sitä seurannut raaka-aine- ja energiahintojen nousu toivat haasteita toimintaympäristöön. Yhtiö pienensi Venäjään liittyviä liiketoimintariskejä systemaattisesti.

Kysyntä kaivossegmentillä jatkui hyvänä. Top Hammer -liiketoiminta kasvoi 32,3 prosenttia. Top Hammer -liiketoiminta käsittää kallionporauksessa käytettävät kulutusosat sekä tunnelin tuentaporaukseen tarkoitetut putkitusterät. Down the Hole -liiketoiminnan liikevaihto laski 7,0 prosenttia. Down the Hole -liiketoiminnan liikevaihto laski sekä kaivos- että rakennussegmentissä. Saadut tilaukset kasvoivat molemmissa segmenteissä.

Robit arvioi vuoden 2022 liikevaihdon kasvavan ja euromääräisen vertailukelpoisen EBITDA-kannattavuuden paranevan vuoteen 2021 verrattuna olettaen, ettei valuuttakursseissa tapahdu merkittäviä muutoksia vuoden 2021 lopun tasosta.

ROBIT PLC FINANCIAL STATEMENTS 1 JANUARY – 31 DECEMBER 2021: NET SALES AND ORDERS RECEIVED BREAK NEW RECORD

Robit’s growth and profitability continued to develop positively in 2021. For the first time in the company’s history, net sales exceeded EUR 100 million. The year ended well also in terms of sales. In the last quarter of the year, orders received grew by 29.8 percent. This was the first quarter in which orders exceeded EUR 30 million.

Robit’s net sales for January – December 2021 totaled EUR 100.8 million (91.6). There was an increase of 10 percent from the corresponding period. In constant currencies, the change was 10.7 percent. Simultaneously, orders received grew by 13.0 percent and adjusted EBITDA developed positively totaling EUR 7.6 million (5.1).

Also, the last quarter of the year 2021 developed positively. Robit’s net sales totaled EUR 26.3 million (23.7). There was an increase of 11 percent from the corresponding period. In constant currencies, the change was 9 percent. Simultaneously, Robit’s orders received grew by 29.8 percent and adjusted EBITDA totaled EUR 1.7 million (2.1).

”During 2021, we managed to grow our business, especially in the Top Hammer and mining customer segments. We won several new mining contracts in all markets, and the Top Hammer business continues to have good growth prospects. The share of the mining industry increased to about 60 percent of 2021 sales. During the year, we updated our business plans to support Robit in achieving its strategic goals. The focus of the plans remains on ensuring growth, profitability, and cash flow development. At the same time, we decided to invest more strongly in our ability to deliver as well as in our long-term product development. The new production investments in Finland and South Korea are already partly in utilization and will be at full capacity in the beginning of 2022. The positive demand situation and sales growth give us a strong platform to further develop the company towards strategic targets”, states Tommi Lehtonen, Group CEO.

Robit estimates that net sales for 2022 will grow and adjusted EBITDA profitability in euros will improve compared with 2021, assuming that there are no significant changes in the exchange rates compared with the end of 2021.

Robitin kasvu ja kannattavuus jatkoivat positiivista kehitystä vuonna 2021. Liikevaihto ylitti ensimmäisen kerran yhtiön historiassa 100 miljoonaa euroa. Vuosi myös päättyi myynnillisesti hyvin. Yhtiö saavutti ensimmäisen vuosineljänneksensä, jolloin tilaukset ylittivät 30 miljoonan euron rajan eli tilauskertymä kasvoi 29,8 prosenttia.

Yhtiön liikevaihto kasvoi 100,8 miljoonaan euroon (91,6) eli kasvua oli vuositasolla 10,0 prosenttia. Vertailukelpoisin valuutoin muutos oli 10,7 prosenttia. Robitin tilauskertymä kasvoi samanaikaisesti 13,0 prosenttia ja vertailukelpoinen EBITDA kehittyi positiivisesti ollen 7,6 miljoonaa euroa (5,1).

Myös vuoden 2021 viimeinen vuosineljännes kehittyi suotuisasti liikevaihdon kasvaessa 11,0 prosenttia vertailukauteen nähden, jolloin liikevaihto oli 26,3 miljoonaa euroa (23,7). Vertailukelpoisin valuutoin kasvua oli 9,0 prosenttia. Robitin tilauskertymä kasvoi samanaikaisesti 29,8 prosenttia ja vertailukelpoinen EBITDA oli 1,7 miljoonaa euroa (2,1).

”Onnistuimme 2021 aikana kasvattamaan liiketoimintaamme varsinkin Top Hammer- ja kaivosasiakassegmenteissä. ROBIT PLC TO PUBLISH FINANCIAL STATEMENT RELEASE 2021 ON 15 FEBRUARY 2022 AT 11.00 A.M.

Robit Plc will publish its financial statement release 2021 on Tuesday 15 February 2022 at 11.00 a.m. The release will be available on the company’s website at https://www.robitgroup.com/investor/financial-information/ after publishing.

Analyst, investor, and press conference

A press conference for analysts, investors and media will be held on Tuesday 15 February 2022 at 2.00 p.m. The conference will take place in Helsinki at Scandic Simonkenttä (meeting room Mansku), Simonkatu 9, FI-00100 Helsinki. Doors will be open at 1.30 p.m. The conference will be held in English.

The report will be presented by Robit Plc’s Group CEO, Tommi Lehtonen and Group CFO, Arto Halonen.

Due to the prevailing situation, the number of the attendees may have to be limited. The possible restrictions will be informed closer to the date in accordance with the regional restrictions and recommendations.
